Since the first UK lockdown our global team have been finding fun ways to stay connected and to keep each other’s spirits up. We started with weekly quizzes which have been a great way to have fun and learn a thing or two but after a year of that you can imagine we started to run out of questions, so we had to get creative with our activities.

Our colleagues are multi-talented people who have been sharing their knowledge and interests with the team. So far, we have shimmied our worries away in a virtual samba class hosted by Contra Vision’s Customer Operations, Samantha Powers who has been dancing all her life and teaches with Damien Hey Dance Academy which is based in North West, England.

We also learnt the secrets of healthy and naturally glowing skin with special guest, Grace Emmerson who is an Esthetician for Dr Hauschka skin care and has almost thirty years of experience helping her clients take care of their skin.

Looking forward to the future

Over the next few months, we have planned a virtual workout class, a baking lesson, and a yoga class. When in-person social interaction is minimal to none and more people than ever are reporting feelings of loneliness and decreased mental health, it is more important than ever to look out for your friends and family so hopefully this has given you ideas for how to stay connected during this dissociating time.

We have many more exciting activities and announcements coming up in 2021 which we cannot wait to share, if you don’t want to miss out on any information from us then you can sign up for our newsletter and get updates straight in to your inbox.
