Contra Vision were proud to sponsor the ‘Graphics Roll-Out’ category at this year’s UK Graphic Awards which was held in Manchester on Wednesday 5 October. Grapefruit Graphics won gold for this category with their graphics done for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
To bring this colossal project to life, the Grapefruit Graphics team flew over to Tokyo for six weeks and then spent ten days in quarantine. Regardless of all the difficulties they delivered an outstanding roll-out of a massive scale and huge importance for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
Adam Paget, Head of UK, Ireland & Middle East Sales at Contra Vision, commented on their decision to support the Awards: “The UK Graphic Awards is a great way to showcase creativity in our market, and we’re proud to be part of such an innovative, exciting industry. With the Awards creating a platform to help celebrate the amazing work being done, we are happy to be sponsoring the ‘Graphics roll-out’ category.
Offering products that can be consistently and reliably printed, and applied across numerous sites, is an important part of what Contra Vision and our customers do. Together we transform glass across the UK and beyond.”
Globe Print won silver with their Koda Crypto Currency Launch graphics and Into Print Digital won bronze with their Ole Henriksen UK Boots Roll Out. Being able to provide a consistent result is very important when working on a graphic roll-out project and consistency is something that Contra Vision pride themselves in with their perforated window film. Their customers can trust they are going to be able to create fantastic window graphics every time they use Contra Vision material.
The Contra Vision team would like to congratulate all of the winners of this years awards and to extend their thanks to the event organisers for planning such a fantastic event.
