Each year, BBCs The One Show takes on the Rickshaw challenge to raise money for Children in Need. This year, the challenge took presenter Matt Baker to Crewe which is the home of world-leading ice cream van manufacturer, Whitby Morrison.
To celebrate the occasion, the community flocked to Memorial Square to show the presenter support. Whitby Morrison decked out one of their ice cream vans in Children in Need branding and handed out free ice cream at the event in exchange for donations, raising several hundred pounds for Children in Need.
Whitby Morrison printed and applied Contra Vision Performance HD White on Black in 40% transparency to the rear window of the ice cream van.
Performance HD creates smooth, vibrant and eye-catching promotional window graphics from the outside, while the see-through vision from inside means that visibility is not compromised.
Whitby Morrison were delighted with the Contra Vision HD perforated film. From the print and image quality perspective as well as the on-window adhesion superiority, the Contra Vision material easily outperformed their previous film from a different manufacturer.
“The vibrancy and quality of the Contra Vision product fits perfectly with our Ice Cream vans”, said Ed Whitby, Operations Director at Whitby Morrison, “a great result all round!”
