Contra Vision® Performance™ Perforated Window Films
Contra Vision’s range of perforated window films is unique and comprehensive, including outside, inside, BACKLITE™, Replacement Liner and Additional Liner options.
High quality polymeric vinyl and clear, acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive minimise shrinkage, provide low temperature application, reliable adhesion and easy, clean removability. Replacement Liner is recommended for all printing systems (including screen UV) except for UV inkjet. Replacement Liner construction allows the adhesive to ‘wet-out’ onto a flat liner after the perforation process, which improves adhesion to glass.
Contra Vision® Performance™ with Grayliner™ for improved image perception
Grayliner™ technology is a major, patent-pending improvement to perforated materials, unique to Contra Vision. The grey liner colour, visible through the perforated holes, simulates the inside of a building or vehicle. This allows printers and end-users to see a close approximation to the appearance of the applied graphics. The grey liner also prevents print operators from applying an excessive amount of ink, as they are otherwise found to do, to overcompensate for a pale image on a white or transparent liner.
Contra Vision® TT™ for inside application
Contra Vision® TT™ Black on White backing layers is a thermal transfer product that enables see-through window graphics for application to the inside of a window.
Contra Vision® TT™ consists of a layer of white on a layer of black pigmented resin coated on a polyester carrier web material. The material is self-wound with the coating on the inside. The coating is transferred to a reverse-imaged, clear perforated material by a heated roller laminator and the polyester carrier is subsequently removed so that, when applied to a window, the image is visible right-reading from the outside and black faces inside for good through vision.
