Licensing
Contra Vision's four principal production technologies are licensed as follows.
1. Contra Vision® XR™ and Contra Vision® BACKLITE XR™
"Print and Remove" truly exact registration printing of superimposed layers onto transparent non-perforated substrates selected and sourced by the Printer, licensed to:
(i) Total Printers to make Finished Product
(ii) Manufacturers of "Part Processed Material" (PPM) for sale on the open market to Printers for conversation to Finished Product

2. Contra Vision® ORS™ and Contra Vision® BACKLITE ORS™ (Overlap Registration System™)
The Overlap Registration System™ method of managing the inevitable lack of registration of any printing system (screen, litho, flexo or any digital printing method) is licensed to Printers, for printing onto transparent non-perforated substrates selected and sourced by the Printer.

3. Perforated Materials
Licensed to manufacturers of Perforated Base Materials (PBM) for sale on the open market.

4. Cut Film
Currently being launched under the Contra Vision® Stripes™ brand.
Contra Vision Ltd is an Intellectual Property company which licenses patents, patent applications, trade marks, trade mark applications and "know-how". As well as licensing, Contra Vision Ltd undertakes a global marketing role.
Contra Vision North America, Inc., Atlanta, Georgia, is the Exclusive Licensee for the Territory of North America, being the USA, Canada and Mexico.
Contra Vision Supplies Ltd is the Exclusive Licensee for the rest of the world.
Exclusive Licensees for a territory have all rights to manufacture, sell and sub-license Contra Vision® products in their territory and also have the responsibility for "policing" Contra Vision Ltd's Intellectual Property within their territory.
