Contra Vision^® ORS™

Contra Vision's patented Overlap Registration System™ (ORS™) enables consistent design colour rendering by managing the lack of registration that is inevitable in any printing machine.

As opposed to Contra Vision^® XR™, whose line or dot silhouette pattern is printed by exact registration, the colour layers of Contra Vision^® ORS™ are slightly overlapping but still provides a clear view through.

Unperforated clear materials, typically self-adhesive film with the design superimposed on a "silhouette pattern" of lines.

Printing: Non-digitally printed by screen, litho or flexo. "Hybrid" digital design on screenprinted "opacity layers".

Digitally printed by inkjet especially UV inkjet machines with white ink.
